Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, company, phone number, email address, area of interest and message. We also collect the source page, campaign parameters and an irreversibly hashed network address to identify inquiry sources and prevent abuse.
How we use your information
We use this information to respond to business inquiries, evaluate potential cooperation, arrange follow-up communication, improve our inquiry service and protect the form against abuse. The form does not request sensitive information unrelated to your inquiry.
Retention
Business inquiries are retained for 24 months by default, after which records are deleted or anonymized, unless a different period is required by law or an ongoing business relationship has been established.
Notifications & internal access
After submission, your information is stored in our protected website administration system and may be sent as a notification to a designated JUSTWE WeCom group. Only authorized internal personnel may access the full information.
Your rights
To request access, corrections or deletion of the information you submitted, email info@justwe.com. We will handle your request after verifying your identity.
Security
We use access controls, two-factor authentication, encrypted transmission, submission rate limits and operational logs to protect data. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not submit identity documents, bank details or account passwords through this form.
